1. Description of JZC/JZM Series Concrete Mixer

• JZC series concrete mixers are self falling type bipyramid reversed discharge concrete mixing machine. The mixing drum is driven by gear ring.
• In working style, clockwise rotating for concrete mixing, and anti-clockwise rotating for concrete discharging. In non-working style, JZC series concrete mixer can move to other working site by trailer dragging.
• The concrete mixer is particularly suitable for circumstances like ordinary construction sites, road construction, bridge work and small-sized prefabricated-component factories etc.

3. Components of JZC Series Concrete Mixer

JZC series portable concrete mixer can be divided into five parts: Mixing system, Feeding system, Discharge system, Control system, Water supply system.

1. The concrete mixer feeding hopper is driven by hydraulic system connecting with the motor engine. There is one handle controls the feeding and discharging.

2. Mixing mechanism consists of mixing drum, friction rollers and driving system. When the drum rotates clockwise, the inside blades and the discharging blades at the discharging port help the mixing. When the mixer drum rotates counter-clockwise, the discharging blades will make the concrete out. The rotating is driven by the friction between drum and the 4 rollers.

3. Chassis includes four supporting legs and two wheels. The leg height can be adjusted and the wheels are for transportation. When the concrete mixer works, the legs shall support the mixer, but no the wheels.

4. Water supply consists of motor, pump, adjusting valve and pipes. The control button can be switched into continue supply mode to wash the mixer.
